We are seeking an intern to join our Human Resources team in Luxembourg. As an Intern in Human Resources, you will gain insight into different areas of human resources and support our daily operations.
The Human Resources department ensures that we attract and develop the best talent. Sustainable strategies and performance incentives are an important building block for securing the long-term relationship between us and our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Manage applicant tracking and provide personal references for all interns at Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A.
- Conduct independent interviews with applicants
- Create various statistics independently
- Support operational activities such as contract and certificate creation
- Assist with payroll-related matters
Requirements:
- Currently studying, preferably in economics, law, psychology, or social sciences
- Practical experience in human resources and proficiency in MS Excel are advantageous
- Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
- Very good communication skills, contact-friendliness, and customer orientation
- Team player and organisational talent
- Safe and responsible use of AI to increase productivity and efficiency
