Description
Faculty is looking for a Head of Banking to define and grow its presence in the banking sector. The successful candidate will shape the company's go-to-market strategy, build relationships with senior banking stakeholders, and lead the pursuit and delivery of ambitious AI transformation programmes.
The role involves leading complex AI transformation programmes for major banking clients, building trusted relationships with C-suite banking leaders, generating sales and revenue, elevating Faculty's industry profile, and ensuring the successful delivery of client work.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of banking, preferably in corporate and business banking, and be passionate about the potential of AI to deliver better outcomes for banking customers. They will have experience leading large-scale transformation programmes, be commercially minded, and have excellent communication skills.
