We are looking for highly motivated lawyers to join our Intellectual Property (IP) team in Frankfurt. As a lawyer in our IP team, you will work on challenging cases and have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
Our IP team advises companies on all aspects of intellectual property, including patent litigation, trademark law, and copyright law. We also assist companies with technology-driven transactions and help them develop strategies for protecting their intellectual property.
Key areas of focus:
- Patent infringement proceedings and patent validity proceedings
- Coordination of cross-border patent disputes
- Disputes in other areas of industrial property rights (trademarks, designs) and copyright law, as well as in the area of business secrets
- Competition law proceedings
- Technology transactions
- Joint ventures
- Carve-outs
- Artificial intelligence, digital health, Industry 4.0, and Internet of Things
- Complex licensing projects and other contract drafting in the IP area

Requirements:
- Excellent academic credentials, particularly in law
- Ideally, you have already dealt with intellectual property law during your studies or training and have gained practical experience in this area
