We are seeking trainee lawyers to join our Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) department in Frankfurt. As a trainee lawyer in our TMT department, you will work at the intersection of law, innovation, and economic transformation. Our clients include leading banks and insurance companies, automotive and chemical industry players, healthcare and lifestyle companies, ICT providers, energy and logistics firms, and audit firms.
Key areas of focus for our TMT department include:
- Data protection and confidentiality
- EU digital legislation
- Support for M&A transactions from a data protection and IT law perspective
- Cyber security and digital operational resilience
- Artificial intelligence
- FinTech and InsurTech
In addition to the above areas, we also play a leading role in pioneering projects, particularly in the following fields:
- Technology and sourcing transactions
- New Energy & Infrastructure
- Carve-outs (in connection with M&A transactions and restructurings)
