Description
We are seeking a scientific assistant to support our Intellectual Property team at our Frankfurt office starting in April 2027. The ideal candidate will be available for at least 3 months, working 3 days a week.
As a member of our IP team, you will work on various projects related to industrial property rights, including patent infringement cases, legal proceedings, and contract design. Our team advises clients on protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, as well as defending against allegations of infringement.
Key areas of focus:
- Patent infringement proceedings
- Legal stability proceedings in patent and utility model law
- Coordination of cross-border patent disputes
- Disputes in other areas of industrial property protection (trademarks, designs) and copyright law
- Competition law proceedings
- Contract design in the field of industrial property protection
- Advice on IP-related issues in the area of other practice groups within the firm
