Description
We are seeking an Auxiliary Kitchen staff to join our team at Grand Mercure Rio de Janeiro Copacabana, a hotel located in front of Copacabana beach.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare mise en place for daily menus based on received demands, assisting in food preparation.
- Assist in distributing food to consumption areas (employee restaurant and sales points).
- Restock food at all distribution points when necessary.
- Organize raw material stock according to required food safety standards.
- Maintain equipment and materials under your responsibility.
- Comply with food safety good practices.
Qualifications:
- Specific knowledge related to the function.
- Knowledge and application of food safety good practices.
- Proactivity, agility, organizational sense, priority sense, attention to detail.
