Description
We are seeking an Associate Vice President, FC Detection and DE Forward Deployment Engineer to join our Financial Crime Investigations team.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of safe, production-ready AI capabilities by working with business users, the Senior Forward Deployment Engineer, and Technology teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting assigned AI use cases from discovery and prototyping through testing and controlled production release
- Translating user needs into practical technical solutions and providing evidence against agreed quality, risk, safety, and performance measures
- Building reusable templates, libraries, evaluation tools, and reference implementations in line with established standards
- Collaborating with Product Owners, investigators, subject-matter experts, Technology, and control teams to test workflows, support adoption, and prepare user guidance
- Delivering work under the Senior Forward Deployment Engineer’s direction, documenting assumptions, decisions, dependencies, risks, and lessons learned
Requirements:
- Hands-on Python engineering experience with exposure to PyTorch or an equivalent machine-learning framework
- Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, API integration, evaluation, cloud technologies, automated testing, deployment, and observability
- Experience contributing to software or AI delivery across stages such as discovery, prototyping, testing, release, or operational support
- Ability to apply secure engineering practices, work with enterprise integrations and data pipelines, and support monitoring, incident management, resilience, and controlled change
