Description
We are seeking an Application Engineer to join our TEBG Electronics Vertical, Tech R&D team in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, KR. As a global R&D organization, we focus on developing next-generation products and applications for major customers in the TEBG business.
Job Summary As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting customers in the electronics and display industries with adhesive and film products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and sales, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement application engineering solutions for customers in the electronics and display industries
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D, engineering, and sales teams
- Conduct evaluations, analysis, and reporting of product performance
- Provide solutions to quality issues and propose improvements
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and document test results
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external customers
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office software
- Experience with laboratory equipment operation and maintenance
- Data-driven mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills a plus
- Basic English reading comprehension a plus
