Description
We are seeking a Global HRIS Specialist to join our team in Fuschl am See, Austria.
You will be responsible for maintaining and further developing HR processes and tools within your area of responsibility, working closely with your manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and reliable solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop processes and tools
- Act as a subject matter expert
- Manage projects and change
- Maintain documentation and provide training
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an HRIS Specialist
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, HR, or a related field
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of and professional experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or another HR information system
- Experience in project management and application maintenance
- Previous experience supporting new system rollouts is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
We offer a competitive salary package based on market-oriented salaries, significantly above the stated minimum salary of €2362.00 gross per month.
