Description
As a Production Coordinator at 3M's Aearo Technologies plant in Ensenada, Baja California, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with procedures, instructions, and regulations in the Cutting area. Your main goal will be to coordinate production activities, manage personnel, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating activities of supervisors in the cutting area
- Ensuring safety standards and the Journey to Zero program are followed
- Managing and motivating personnel to meet production needs
- Distributing personnel according to area needs
- Coordinating activities of production line workers
- Ensuring adherence to internal regulations and code of conduct
- Addressing team complaints and suggestions
- Evaluating performance and making recommendations for promotions
- Training direct personnel
- Collaborating with supervisors and managers to coordinate production
The successful candidate will have:
- A university degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in similar roles involving personnel management
Desirable skills and experience:
- Advanced Excel skills, SAP, Power BI, and RPs
