Description
We are seeking an outgoing, sociable, and nightlife-enthusiastic individual to join our team as an On Premise Sales Executive, also known as a Musketeer, in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
As a Musketeer, you will be the face of Red Bull in the On Premise sector, building strong relationships, connecting with key individuals, creating new opportunities, and driving business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with international and national On Premise guidelines
- Conducting continuous performance monitoring
- Implementing Perfect Serve, Perfect Visibility, Consumption Activation, Right Price, and Menu Placements strategies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and brand awareness
Requirements:
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Knowledge of the On Premise market and local scene
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high motivation, and proactivity
- Valid driver's license and availability for driving
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
