As a lawyer in our Banking practice, you will work on complex national and cross-border financings, as well as tailored, innovative debt financing instruments, taking into account all legal and tax aspects.
Key areas of focus:
- Acquisition and takeover financing
- General corporate financing
- Bilateral and syndicated corporate loans
- Design of national and international security structures
- Real estate financing
- Project and infrastructure financing, as well as export financing
