We are looking for lawyers (m/f/d) with and without experience to support our capital markets law department at our Frankfurt office.
Our areas of expertise are diverse, and we offer the opportunity to work on various legal topics, including civil law, corporate law, regulatory law, insolvency law, capital markets law, and international private law.
Key areas of focus:
- Bonds of all kinds
- Initial public offerings, capital increases, and spin-offs
- Structured financing and securitizations
- Derivatives
- Portfolio transactions
- Advice to clearing houses, clearing members, and customers

Requirements:
- Excellent exam results
