Description
We are seeking a Customer Supply Manager to oversee end-to-end customer supply management in East Africa, covering Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Ethiopia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing seamless customer supply management from forecasting to cash, enabling the cluster to meet its NSV objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with customers to achieve best-in-class service levels
- Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for delivery of products to Ethiopia, Djibouti, and Central Africa
- Establishing customer collaborative forecasting with key customers to meet forecast accuracy targets
- Ensuring accurate and timely order and shipment information to drive high on-time delivery performance
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing to drive operational excellence
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
- At least 8 years of experience in international logistics and customer service
- Expertise in import processes in East Africa
- Fluency in English
- Proven track record in implementing change management and S&OP/IBP cycles
- Ability to influence stakeholders and analyze data to provide conclusions and recommendations
- Digital capability in SAP APO, OMP/Kinaxis
