Description
Logitech is seeking a DTX Customer Supply Chain Analytics Intern for a 6-month journey from 'Data Student' to 'Supply Chain Architect,' focusing on Cost to Serve and OTIF optimization.
The internship is designed to be your 'sandbox',a place to apply your academic knowledge of data, and tools like Snowflake, Tableau, and AI to the frontier of Logitech’s webstore and social commerce (TikTok Shop, eBay) and global logistics across Europe and North America.
Your Contribution: In this role, your Learning Curriculum over the course of 6 months will be:
Phase 1: The Foundations (Month 1-2)
- Master the 'Data Plumbing' & Cost Drivers.
- Learn to navigate Logitech's Snowflake data cloud, understanding how multi-currency, multi-region (EU/NA) data is structured.
- Map out how logistical activities directly translate to financial costs.
- Fully understand the 'Order-to-Delivery' lifecycle for both traditional web and social commerce, identifying where service and cost leakages typically occur.
Phase 2: Advanced Insights & Cost Optimization (Month 2-3)
- Elevate existing tracking into actionable cost-to-serve storytelling.
- Take ownership of existing OTIF and Cycle Time dashboards, upgrading them to provide deeper, more granular insights.
- Build out new layers tracking Cost to Serve to connect operational performance with financial impact.
- Identify one 'hidden' financial bottleneck or margin drainer in our EU or NA operation and present a data-backed improvement strategy to the leadership team.
Phase 3: The Innovation Pilot (Month 4-6)
- Apply AI to mitigate disruptions and control costs.
- Experiment with Data and AI tools to build a predictive 'Exception Management' tool.
- Enable the team to view shipment exceptions in one place and predict which delayed shipments will incur the highest financial penalties or extra carrier fees.

Key Qualifications:
- Academic Background: Currently studying Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Econometrics, or Data Science and looking for a graduation project or mandatory internship.
- The 'T-Shaped' Skillset: Solid grasp of Analytics and Data Viz, with a desire to see how data-driven decisions impact real-world P&L and global logistics.
- Curiosity: Interest in analytics and finding the financial 'why' behind a stuck package, with a love for optimizing profitability.
