Join our team at the Mercure Lac de Maine hotel as a commercial service intern. You will work at the Angers hotel, which has 79 rooms and 13 fully renovated seminar rooms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering information to establish client quotes
- Creating commercial proposals for study days, group bookings, business, leisure, and sports events
- Verifying seminar room conformity according to client needs
- Physically welcoming clients on the day of the event
- Providing technical assistance during the event
- Invoicing after the event
- Building client loyalty
