Description
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G. As a Heartist®, you will ensure high-quality service, guest satisfaction, and profitability across hotel restaurants, room service, and banquets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily F&B operations to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with chefs to design balanced menus
- Monitor food and beverage costs, control waste, and manage inventory
- Prepare budgets, forecast sales, and analyze financial reports
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with guests, staff, and suppliers
- 5-7 years of experience in F&B operations in managerial roles
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, banquet management, and inventory control
