Description
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our team in Ottawa, Toronto, or Vancouver. As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will work with large-enterprise Public Sector organizations, specifically Canadian Government customers, to deliver transformation and articulate business value to stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop industry point of views, including identifying market trends, responses, and solution offerings
- Analyze and synthesize information to set a clear direction in situations where data is absent or ambiguous
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engagement Leaders, Solution and Technical Architects, Human-Centered Change Practitioners, Experience Designers, and External Partners
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Requirements:
- BA/BS or MA/MS in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience with Canadian Government customers
- Strong understanding of key business value drivers and success metrics typical of large-enterprise Public Sector organizations
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Strategy Designer Certification
- Salesforce Agentblazer Innovator or Agentblazer Legend Credential
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian Government Security Clearance
- Canadian citizenship

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: CAD 154,700 to CAD 212,800 (British Columbia-based roles) or CAD 154,700 to CAD 204,700 (Ontario-based roles)
