Description
IQVIA is seeking a Recruiter based in Slovakia to support recruitment activities across Medical Sales and Medical Affairs functions within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
This role focuses on hands-on recruitment delivery, supporting roles including Medical Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, MSLs, Medical Advisors, and Patient Access positions across multiple European countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full lifecycle recruitment for assigned medical sales and medical affairs roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain ATS data accurately and in compliance with local requirements.
- Support the development of talent pipelines.
- Liaise with external recruitment partners when required.
- Ensure adherence to local recruitment legislation and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Previous experience recruiting in healthcare or life sciences is an advantage.
- Exposure to commercial and/or medical roles.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Fluent English is required.
- Fluency in Slovak and other European languages is desired.
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is €18,900.00 - €36,300.00.
