Description
We are seeking a Japan Macro Structurer to join our team in Tokyo. As a Japan Macro Structurer, you will work with our clients, sales, and trading teams to create structured solutions that meet our clients' needs and maximize our franchise value.
You will be responsible for:
- Understanding client needs, market environments, and bank resources to develop optimal transactions
- Working with sales and trading teams to execute transactions
- Proactively identifying opportunities to grow our non-flow business in Japan
- Collaborating with global stakeholders to implement strategic plans
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in the financial industry
- Knowledge of macro markets, including IR, FX, EM, and QIS
- Understanding of the macro environment, including regulatory changes
- Quantitative skills and attention to detail
- College diploma or degree
- JSDA (1st and 2nd) qualifications
- Business-level English and native-level Japanese
