Description
We are seeking a Private Banking Advisor to join our team in Hamburg Harburg. As a Private Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial services to private customers, entrepreneurs, and small to medium-sized enterprises.
Your Responsibilities
- You will provide advisory services to customers and develop tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
- Your focus will be on selling banking products, such as accounts, credit cards, building savings plans, and deposits, as well as products for personal banking customers with a focus on consumer finance and precautionary planning.
- You will have your own credit competence for personal loans and IDD certification, and consider quality requirements in credit and precautionary business.
- You will identify customer needs using standardized advisory processes and successfully conclude or forward them to specialists.
- You will contribute to the exploitation of private credit potential in personal banking and actively address customers on digital services.
- You will continuously develop your expertise in sales, processes, and digitalization.
Your Requirements
- You have completed training as a banker or have relevant experience in a similar field.
- You have particular expertise in advising and selling personal loans and precautionary products, complemented by sound knowledge of the entire private customer product range.
- You have excellent communication and sales skills, and a confident and competent demeanor when dealing with customers.
