Your tasks:
- Provide investment advice via phone and video, focusing on investments, wealth building, and securities strategies
- Offer holistic support to clients with questions about their assets, giving them access to the bank's global investment expertise
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and actively pursue them for comprehensive client care
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as branch sales, remote banking, and distribution partners, enhancing our omnichannel approach
Requirements:
- Completed banking training, insurance industry training, or a business economics degree
- AnsFuG authorization and several years of experience in processing securities transactions
- In-depth knowledge of investment advice and a strong understanding of securities trading across various risk classes
- Strong sales skills and genuine interest in supporting people with financial decisions competently
- Confident, professional, and friendly demeanor, even in digital conversation situations
