Description
As a Red Bull Musketeer, you will be the living, breathing embodiment of the Red Bull way of life. You will operate as a true ambassador of the Red Bull brand in our On Premise business, working with the best bars, restaurants, clubs, hospitality venues, and events.
Your goal will be to build long-term partnerships and identify new opportunities to drive trial and consumption, while maintaining Red Bull's brand image in On Premise hotspots.
Key responsibilities include:
- Integrating deeply with the local On Premise scene, connecting with key influencers and stakeholders
- Campaigning for the Red Bull brand and delivering the product into the hands of consumers
- Promoting the premium brand image and setting a great example by delivering excellence in everything you do
- Mastering all things 'On Premise' by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities
- Identifying initiatives for your territory and tracking, analysing, and reporting on performance and areas of growth and opportunity
- Acting autonomously and pro-actively, taking ownership of your tasks and responsibilities
- Convincing key players with your excellent communication and selling skills
- Leading negotiations with customers to bring about strong, mutually beneficial partnership agreements
- Solving business challenges creatively to keep Red Bull number one in the On Premise sector
