Description
We're seeking an Account Executive to join our Enterprise Retail team at Braze. As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on large Enterprise segment customers. You will build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive account expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite executives
- Identify and pursue new enterprise accounts
- Develop and manage relationships with high-profile accounts
- Implement a consultative sales approach
- Collaborate with internal and external teams
- Drive account expansion using market insights
- Educate clients on industry trends
- Utilize Salesforce.com, Clari, and other CRM tools
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in strategic SaaS sales
- Proven track record in generating new business
- Experience selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise clients
- Familiarity with analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and customer data management
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong networking skills and adaptability
