Description
As a Production or Warehouse Operator at 3M, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative people around the world. You will be responsible for operating production equipment, inspecting and packing product safely and according to standards. You will also use computers to run process operations and hand and power industrial trucks.
The role involves working 8, 10, or 12 hour fixed or rotating shifts, depending on shift availability, and overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
To succeed in this role, you must be 18 years old, possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher, and be reliable and dependable. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed include the ability to lift/carry heavy materials frequently, wear personal protective equipment, and walk/stand for extended periods.
