Description
We are seeking a Quality Multi-Family Manager at Kennedy Space Center, FL, to lead quality management activities across multiple job families.
As a Quality Multi-Family Manager, you will develop and execute business plans, policies, and procedures, and provide education and coaching on the Quality System.
Responsibilities:
- Perform management activities across multiple Quality Management Job Families.
- Develop and execute business plans, policies, and procedures, and develop organizational and technical strategies.
- Provide education and coaching on the Quality System.
- Acquire and manage resources, and lead process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports.
- Manage, develop, and motivate employees.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite at Kennedy Space Center, FL.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with AS9100 and/or a similar Quality Management System standard.
- 1+ year of experience working with Non-Conformance (NCR) processes.
- 3+ years of experience in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier Quality.
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role or completion of the Boeing internal course 'Exploring Leadership'.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions.
- Experience with surveillance and compliance audits.

Salary Range: USD $112,200 - $151,800 per year.
