Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Strategic Outreach: Engage decision-makers via cold calling, email, and social selling (LinkedIn).
- Sales Partnership: Work side-by-side with Account Executives to develop territory strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep account research to uncover business challenges that Salesforce can solve.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success of quota carrying, direct sales experience.
- Drive: A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Communication: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to explain complex value simply.
- Foundation: Experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role (Internships and leadership roles count!).
- Fluency in Spanish or Catalán and English.
- Eligibility: Must have the right to work in Ireland.
