Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong – M Gallery Collection is seeking a Villa Host to deliver exceptional service to Pool Villa guests.
The ideal candidate will serve as the dedicated point of contact for Pool Villa guests, providing warm and personalized service from arrival through departure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating villa arrival experiences, in-villa dining, amenities, and housekeeping requests
- Anticipating guest needs and preferences, curating bespoke touches and experiences
- Liaising with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and Spa teams to resolve requests promptly
- Supervising daily reception, check-in, check-out, and guest service workflows
- Resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Training, coaching, and scheduling front office team members
- Monitoring room inventory, occupancy, and yield management
Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in villa hosting, butler service, or guest relations within a luxury resort
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with working knowledge of hospitality software (Opera system)
- Excellent command of both English and Thai
