Description
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Homepage team, which owns one of the single biggest levers on what customers find in the app. You'll shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes and products across three brands and dozens of markets.
You'll be building on a global stack, working on ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML problems, and exploring where AI-driven experiences change the way customers discover what to order.
Responsibilities:
- Building new end-to-end features and user experiences on Homepage
- Working on ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML problems
- Exploring AI-driven and agentic experiences
- Making discovery work across three brands and many markets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products
- Strong product judgment and curiosity
- Ability to work backwards from the customer problem and weigh it against business needs
- Comfortable holding several business objectives at once and making a call when they pull in different directions
- Ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders and build trust
- Strategic thinking and ability to move between long-term direction and what to ship next
- Comfortable with ambiguity and genuinely flexible
- Curious about what AI actually changes for customers
Benefits:
- Opportunity to work on a high-impact project
- Collaborative and supportive team
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Flexible work arrangements for those who need it
We offer a fair and equitable experience for all applicants. If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support, you'll have the opportunity to let us know once you've submitted your application.
