Description
Boeing Distribution, Inc., part of Boeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Business, is seeking an Associate/Experienced Quality Systems Specialist to join our team in Hialeah, FL or Chandler, AZ.
This role focuses on supporting the Boeing Distribution business organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support cross-functional and multi-team coordination between BGS Functions and Business while ensuring project milestones are met.
- Analyze Quality incidents, internal/external audit findings, and customer issues to determine product risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Apply Systems Thinking and recommend Quality Management System improvements and efficiencies.
- Represent the Company on industry working groups to develop industry standards for quality.
- Advise senior leadership on Quality Management System improvements, overall health, and streamlining opportunities.
- Consult in high-level reviews of corrective actions at the enterprise and customer level.
- Provide oversight of the BGS Quality Risk Management process.
- Lead improvement projects applying knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Safety Management Systems, and AS9100 International Quality Standard.
- Conduct research, compile and analyze performance reports and data to continuously improve Quality processes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, process improvement, or lean initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience working with Quality Management Systems, International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100/AS9120).
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Data Analytics tools (Tableau, etc.).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, process improvement, or lean initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience working with Quality Management Systems, International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100/AS9120).
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Data Analytics tools (Tableau, etc.).
- Professional Project Management (PMP) Certification.
- Experience supporting aerospace distribution, supply chain, maintenance, repair, and overhaul, or related operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay Range:
- Associate: $65,000.00 - $92,000.00
- Experienced: $79,000.00 - $112,000.00
