Description
As a Sr. Industry Manager, you will define, launch, and lead strategic outcomes and operationalize the vision for the sales team.
You will help shape Pinterest's approach to CPG advertisers navigating increasingly dynamic consumer journeys across discovery, consideration, and conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead our sales strategy and execution for the Food vertical.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop a sales strategy that enables Pinterest to win the market.
- Build and develop strong relationships with C-level executives across advertisers and agencies.
- Deliver, track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends to senior leadership.
- Shape the future of our Sales organization by building, training, and motivating a high-performing sales team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Advertising, Digital, and/or Media Sales.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience and proven track record of managing a world-class sales team.
- Deep understanding and established network with Food advertisers in the US.
- Knowledge of brand and performance advertising.
- Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of performance, data, and measurement landscapes.
Benefits:
- Base salary range: $126,322-$260,074 USD.
- Eligible for equity and incentive compensation.
In-office requirement: This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from either our New York or Chicago offices.
