Training as a Motor Vehicle Salesperson

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a trainee motor vehicle salesperson, commencing 1 September 2027. As a leading car dealership in the region, we offer a dynamic and supportive environment where you can develop your skills and knowledge.

In this role, you will learn about all commercial activities in the sales and service areas of the car dealership. You will also take on tasks in customer management and vehicle disposition.

Key responsibilities include:

• Learning about commercial activities in sales and service areas
• Supporting customers in new and used car sales, parts and accessories, and servicing
• Understanding business processes and acquiring technical knowledge of vehicle models and functions
• Processing financing, leasing, and insurance contracts
• Handling sales and workshop orders
• Participating in sales actions and events

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Good secondary education qualifications
• Organisational skills and interest in commercial processes
• Enthusiasm for our brand of automobiles
• Enjoyment of working with customers
• Open-mindedness and willingness to learn
• Structured and reliable working style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs
