Description
ElevenLabs is seeking a Talent Lead to oversee the talent function across the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategy, building systems, and leading a team of recruiters, sourcers, and talent operations.
The company has grown to over 1,000 employees in three years and is looking for someone who can take the talent function to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large talent acquisition functions at high-growth companies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full talent function across Research, GTM, Engineering & Product, and G&A hiring
- Set strategy, manage team performance, build a recruiter capacity engine, and drive outcomes across all verticals
- Shape Talent Operations, including ATS configuration, headcount tracking, and recruiter tooling
- Identify innovative ways of approaching Talent, including designing the next-gen Talent org structure and envisioning how Talent processes can be agentified
- Act as a strategic partner to department heads and hiring managers, providing market intelligence and pipeline health visibility
- Build and maintain a strong talent brand through thoughtful candidate experience, community engagement, and creative sourcing strategies
- Coach and develop a team of recruiters, establishing clear standards for quality of hire, speed, and candidate experience
Requirements:
- Proven track record leading large TA functions at high-growth companies
- Hands-on recruiting instincts and experience filling hundreds of roles per year across multiple functions and geographies
- Strong people leader who builds, develops, and retains recruiting talent
- Sharp on process, able to design and iterate on systems, tooling, and workflows
- Close collaborator with People, Finance, and business leaders
- Held a high bar for quality of hire while hitting aggressive volume, with the metrics to show it
