Description
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Elsbethen, Austria. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process for selected Red Bull companies in Austria. You will also provide support and advice on payroll-related matters to employees and management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the payroll process for selected Red Bull companies in Austria
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and wages
- Provide support and advice on payroll-related matters to employees and management
- Maintain employee data and records
- Prepare and distribute reports as required
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Austrian labour and social law
- Excellent MS Office skills, SAP skills are an advantage
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a salary package that is clearly above the collective bargaining minimum of €2,362 per month. Our salary packages are based on market rates and are designed to attract and retain top talent.
