Description
Ajax Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. As a Business Development Manager, you will serve as an ambassador for the company and its brand, promoting Ajax Systems' products and services to system integrators, installers, consultants, and end-users in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Advertising Ajax Systems' products and services to system integrators, installers, consultants, and end-users in Germany
- Exploring new business opportunities and organising meetings with partners
- Planning and preparing presentations for partners and other interested parties
- Building and maintaining relationships with cooperation partners and control rooms
- Communicating product features, benefits, and developments to partners
- Conducting product and trade training in collaboration with partners
- Actively promoting the specification of systems containing Ajax Systems' products and solutions
- Collaborating closely with brand product distributors to meet partner requirements
- Supporting the development of market strategies for Ajax Systems' products and solutions
- Providing feedback to management on current and future product and solution requirements
- Creating accurate and timely reports using the company's CRM system
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in electronic security systems (e.g., intrusion, video, access, fire)
- Experience in sales or business development in a vertical B2B market
- Native-level German language skills (written and spoken)
- Results-oriented work style with initiative and responsibility for personal results
- Strong negotiation skills: excellent communication abilities both on the phone and in person
- Highly motivated with the ability to achieve goals
