This is an office-based Intern, Production Management role in our Singapore office.

The Production Management Intern would provide creative and administrative support to the regional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain digital files on department server and databases
- Track and maintain content trackers and decks for communication with cross-function teams and senior leadership
- Work on various development projects and designing documentation to improve workflow
- Liaise with and support regional production teams as needed for tasks like production wrap and delivery verification
- Support internal meetings with regional production teams
- General office and editorial support as needed
Internship Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma
- Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
- Must be available for full-time internship commitment between January to June 2027

Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma in Film/Video Production, Communications Media, Project Management, or related
- Highly self-motivated and meticulous with a passion for content production
- Strategic thinker with good communications skills
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines
- Strong team player and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Self-starter that needs minimal supervision
- Career interest in the field of physical production or production management
- General understanding of content production, industry concepts and players
- Some experience in either film, television, or OTT preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and creating spreadsheets, databases and presentations
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
