Description

The starting rate of pay for this position is $30.77 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial equipment that cuts and winds various products
- Demonstrate safe work behaviors to avoid injury to self or others
- Problem solve and work with others to improve operational efficiencies
- Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts
- Maintain neat and orderly conditions in the work area
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Minimum three (3) years of manufacturing experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with adhesives and films
- Experience with lean manufacturing in a production environment
- Intermediate or advanced computer knowledge
- Experience working with slitting equipment
- Strong mathematical skills
- Strong problem-solving, reporting, and cognitive skills
