Description
Deutsche Bank is seeking a Business Transformation Specialist - Investment to support the analysis, design, and implementation of transformation initiatives related to investment services.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to transformation projects that shape the way the Bank delivers its investment services. The successful candidate will work across the overall MiFID framework, including the MiFID questionnaire and appropriateness, suitability, and Target Market controls, as well as across the Bank's investment processes.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and formalise business requirements for the Bank's MiFID operating model and investment services
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for IT and vendors
- Support transformation of the MiFID framework and investment processes
- Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT, defining test scenarios, validating results, and following issues through resolution
- Collaborate with Business, IT, control functions, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver transformation initiatives
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Investment / Financial Services
- Sound knowledge of investment services, MiFID regulation, and operating models
- Strong business analysis and analytical skills
- Experience supporting the full project lifecycle
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Native Italian and fluent English
