You will be responsible for setting up equipment, monitoring operations, and ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards. You will work as part of a team where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are essential to the daily workflow.
Key responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machines
- Monitor machine performance and production processes
- Perform machine setup for production starts and product changes
- Troubleshoot issues and carry out basic maintenance
- Conduct quality control on produced items
- Work independently while contributing positively to team development and collaboration
Requirements:
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Experience in machine operation or production work
- Strong technical interest and aptitude
- Thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience working with injection molding machines
- Experience with automated machinery, robots, or advanced production technology
- Overhead crane certification
- Forklift license
