Description
As a Manufacturing Key Operative - Machine at Morrisons, you'll work within the production team to maintain and run the production lines, ensuring quality products are produced for customers in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Running the production line
- Conducting system set-ups and calibration to meet orders and compliance
- Maximising overall equipment effectiveness to reduce waste, downtime, and giveaway
The role requires:
- Previous experience in a production environment with machinery (ideally)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and physical activity
- Concentration throughout shifts with repetitive tasks
- Adaptability to varying temperatures
