Description
3M Aearo Technologies in Newark, Delaware, is seeking a Machine Operator I to join their team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with innovative people around the world and make an impact by operating hydraulic die cutting presses, pulling and packing orders, and processing inventory paperwork.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Hydraulic Die Cutting Press
- Pull, pack, and label orders per established procedures and customer requirements
- Process orders and inventory paperwork according to established procedures
- Operate Atom Flash Cutter
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED or higher
- Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years in a manufacturing or production environment
- 1 to 2 years operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
- Proven troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read measurement tools in metric format
