We are actively looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful organisation, where you will be provided with full training on the job and the opportunity to gain industry recognised qualifications.
About the role: As an Insurance Sales Advisor, you will enjoy having conversations with people, listening and building relationships as it's essential that we get to know our clients and understand their requirements. You will have awesome problem-solving skills, and be able to come up with tailored solutions as we don't have a 'one size fits all' approach.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with clients and understand their requirements
- Provide tailored solutions to clients using your problem-solving skills
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve goals
Requirements:
- Enjoy having conversations with people and building relationships

- May currently be working in a sales role and looking for a career change
