Description
We are seeking a Konstruktionsledare for Stationsprojekt to join our team at Vattenfall Services Nordic AB. As a Konstruktionsledare, you will lead electrical construction teams to design control systems for substation projects, including construction of control systems, local power, relay protection, and communication systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead work on complete electrical constructions
- Review colleagues' designs
- Ensure technical functionality and contract compliance
- Engage in customer dialogue on technical solutions
- Review suppliers' technical solutions and deliveries
- Mentor junior employees in Elmaster
- Act as a super user in Elmaster
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in designing control systems for substations or hydroelectric power stations
- Experience with relay protection configuration
- Familiarity with RTU, emergency alarm transmitters, and PLC programming
- Post-secondary education in electrical engineering or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Elmaster
- Strong IT and computer skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English (both spoken and written)
- Valid driver's license (B-class)
Preferred qualifications:
- Leadership experience and strong pedagogical skills
- Experience mentoring junior electrical designers
- Familiarity with Elprocad or EPLAN
