Description
This role provides intermediate professional input to complex Software Development assignments/projects. They devise and modify procedures to solve highly complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and the form of desired results.
In this role, you can expect to design, code, test and debug within programs. This position may perform systems analysis functions and support and provide direction to more junior professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Align engineering solutions with the Technology strategy and support the application's requirements.
- Plan and implement procedures to maximize engineering and operating efficiency for application integration technologies.
- Take accountability for the technology assets owned by the team.
- Provide leadership to the team to achieve objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
- Experience with advanced JavaScript technologies, including TypeScript and React.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or OpenShift.
- Experience with automated testing tools, such as Botium.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong influencing/negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.
- Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.
Location & Hours of Work:
- Full-time position, extended/Split shift (11.30 AM – 8.30 PM IST) working 45 hours per week.
- Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.
