Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Operational Team Specialist to join their Managed Services team in Tokyo.
As an Operational Team Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support to customers remotely. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing operational support to customers remotely
- Preparing for operational delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensuring stable operational support to contribute to customers' businesses
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- IT technical experience (system construction, maintenance, operation management, etc.)
- Ability to explain logically and communicate with customers
- Ability to lead responses in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to solve problems
- Broad knowledge of basic infrastructure including server hardware, network, storage, and OS
Preferred skills and experiences include:
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Knowledge of database, middleware, operation tools, SaaS, and security
- English communication skills
- Experience as a team leader or project lead
- Experience in project management
