Your role involves providing top-notch advice, building strong relationships, and offering smart solutions. You will advise clients via phone and video calls, focusing on investments, wealth-building, and securities strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive advice on investment and wealth management
- Accompany clients holistically in all matters related to their assets
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and actively pursue them
- Collaborate closely with other departments to strengthen our omnichannel approach
Requirements:
- Completed banking training, insurance industry training, or a business economics degree
- Preferably AnsFuG authorization and initial experience in processing securities transactions
- Knowledge of investment advice and basic understanding of securities business across various risk classes
- Strong sales skills and genuine interest in supporting people in financial decisions
- Professional and friendly demeanor, even in digital conversation situations
