As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for your own profit & loss, with the freedom to seek out new business opportunities and the support to grow your branch. You will also be accountable for delivering first-rate service to existing clients, through coaching and developing a team, aiming to retain policies and drive loyalty.
You will be a great communicator who will share knowledge, experience and best practices. You understand the importance of working collaboratively with your team to deliver results. You will lead with a people-first mindset, and you will be commercially minded, with the ability to analyse data and make evidence-based decisions whilst maintaining attention to detail.
