We are seeking a Regional Operational Manager to lead our Construction Expert Team in France. As a key player in the development of our Construction expertise, you will be responsible for managing a regional agency, developing commercial partnerships, and leading a team of experts.
Your mission will be to structure a profit centre, develop solid commercial partnerships, manage and improve client quality, and recruit and train a team to help them grow in competence.
You will have a personalised support system in place from the national direction of Construction expertise to help you structure your activity effectively and maximise your chances of success.
The ideal candidate will have a CRAC qualification, excellent relational skills, and a strong technical and writing background. You will be autonomous, rigorous, and able to establish a relationship of trust with your contacts.
Locations are available in various regions across France, including Paris/IDF, Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Lyon, Marseille, Lille, Rouen, and Tours. Occasional travel within the region will be required.
