Syneos Health is seeking an HR Analyst II to join their team. As an HR Analyst II, you will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Extract, analyse, and interpret data from Workday and other HR systems to generate custom reports for leadership.
- Perform trend analysis, headcount tracking, and workforce metrics reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes using Advanced Excel techniques.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects as needed.
