Description
As a Contract Manager at Vattenfall Eldistribution, you will have a central role in large and complex investment projects. Your experience with contract management, negotiations, and contract interpretation will be put to use as you work closely with project managers and teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing qualified specialist support and acting as an active partner to project managers in complex contract and agreement matters
- Ensuring compliance with contracts in supplier and contractor agreements from project start to completion
- Driving and participating in negotiations with contractors and consultant suppliers
- Interpreting contracts and making business assessments of change and additional work
- Writing, developing, and reviewing agreements with external actors
- Developing contract templates, processes, and support materials
- Building collaborations and networks internally and externally
- Gathering experiences from projects and converting them into concrete improvements
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in contract management and negotiation, preferably in industries such as construction, infrastructure, energy, or project-intensive activities. You should have a strong understanding of AB and ABT, as well as knowledge of AMA and its application in contracts.
